Sounds like it was a poltergeist-a troublesome ghost. I've yet to see one, but read about them. And about the temperature dropping, there was either a wind draft, or possibly a sign that a ghost was in the room...

Yeah, that's what it was, I couldn't remember the name....poltergeist

Ooh! Ooh! I got one!

Note: it didn't really happen to me.

I was in the middle of a lot of financial problems, and my daughter was only about three years old. My husband had divorced me and had run off. We were living in a one room apartment, so me and my daughter, Molly, were sharing that one room.

One night, I heard Molly laughing and giggling. I assumed she was doing this in her sleep so I fell back into a deep sleep. The next morning I asked her why she was laughing last night. She replied that her friend was tickling her. Again, I assumed this was her 'imaginary friend', as she had had many in the past. I just smiled at her. That night, I was bathing her, and I found bruises on her stomach. I got worried, and asked where she had gotten them from. She said, "Oh, my friend must have bruised me when tickled me."

I was extremely worried. I wondered if she had self inflicted these. I wondered if she had mental problems. I asked my mother about this. She said it was probably a ghost or a spirit, her being very religious and all. I'm quite the opposite. Anyway, I thanked her for her advice and was on my way. That night, it happened again. It happened for about a week, until one night, I woke up to find Molly screaming and crying, "GO AWAY! GO AWAY!"

I did my best to comfort her. This time, I found scratches, and burns on her body. I knew she couldn't inflict burns on herself. The next morning, I again asked my mother to help. She got some of her friends and for a whole day and night, they prayed and chanted around my apartment. It never happened again.

Molly is now 25. She still has scars and such. She says that she doesn't remember where she got them from, but that she remembers something dog-like attacking her when she was little.

A woman was backpacking through Europe, and had to stop at England because it was raining a lot and she couldn't go anywhere. She walked down an alley and found a nice house. However, when she walked closer to it, she felt this terrible cold. She didn't mind that and knocked the door. A man came out, and she asked him if she could stay for the night, untill the rain stopped. The man was used to backpackers staying in his house so he accepted.

"I do have one condition, though", he said. "Please, don't enter the door that's left on the hallway".

The woman didn't care, as she was very tired and the only thing she wanted to do is get some sleep. The man showed her to the bedroom she would sleep in. She laid on the bed and closed his eyes, but, as much as she tried, she couldn't get any sleep. She kept thinking about that door in the hallway. Finally, she decided to go look. Without making any noise, she came out of the bedroom and walkd to the door. It was locked, so she had to look through the key hole. An old woman lay on a bed, aparently sleeping. "Oh, well", thought the woman. "It was just an old lady-probably his wife- that's in there". She went back to her room and finally slept through the night.

On the next day, she woke up early, eager to continue with her trip. She went downstairs, but before she visited the door again. She looked through the key hole one more time, but all she could see was red. A blood-like red color. She was intrigued, so she asked the man about it.

"What's in that room?"

"I didn't want to tell you, really. There lays my dead wife. She got sick and past away a few days ago, but I haven't had money to bury her. The strange thing is that, when she died, her eyes turned red".

this happened to me.

it was about 11:00 P.M. I was still awake. I was lying there in bed with my eyes closed. I opened them and by the wall by my dreeser i saw what looked like a light blue human shaped hand that was pointing < to my dreeser. I tried to close my eyes but i couldn't keep my eyes of it so finally I looked the other way and closed my eyes and i sleept. It was one of the weirdest nights i had. Then awhile later I had a dream that there were shadows of humans all over the walls that were laughing and with evry step I took I tripedand when I got upstairs my parents were in there poom saying happy birthday with presents in there hand but then the presents turned into shadows and I started triping again and I can't remember the rest of it.
