Posted 20 Feb 2010 crunches are a little different from sit ups. Sit ups work your lower abs, and crunches work your upper abs. It sounds like a load of bull but you can really feel the difference when you try them. And they're totally worth it. I've been doing them since like sixth grade and now I have a six pack.
