WW Super HookShot Code?(Action Replay)

Does anyone know the Super Hookshot Code, HookShot grabs onto almost anything for WindWaker, and where you go up with the Deku leaf code. I can't find the codes for U.S, only for Europe. I just got the Action Replay and you need to enter some codes in. If you do have an Action Replay with those codes, could you tell me in the U.S code? PAL is Europe and NTSC is the U.S.

I bought one for N64, but it was screwed up to begin with. Now I'm glad. I'd probably of destroyed my games.

I thought I found it but then at the bottom of the page I was reading it said that the codes were PAL. Sorry.
