Best people of 2007: Second half

Meh, I was bored, and also there were a lot of new members that joined AFTER the awards.

So that's why this is called "Best people of 2007: Second Half."

I also added Early 2008 nominations for the year ahead, or the Year so far as time goes by.

But right now, We're voting for the people of the second half of 2007 we thought were good. When that's done, THEN we nominate the people of 2008.

Val Hammer: For being a bit random and making comments about people we DO NOT know about.
