I thought of another anime: Deathnote

It's about this college student named Light who finds this mysterious notebook called the Deathnote. The person who's name is written down will die. Light uses this to start killing off wanted criminals to make the world a btter place, but many don't agree. Now basically every law or investigations forces in the world are searching for him, along with a mysterious detective named "L". It basically turns into L and Light, or "Kira" as he's known, both thrying to figure out who each other is and take each other out.
