Actually no, you shouldn't take a bullet for a friend to please God, that wouldn't please him, you should take the bullet out of love for your friend, that is what would please him.

But yes, I would if I could, however, the best solution is to avoid getting into that kind f situation, I spend a lot of time in "the most dangerous city in the U.S." and just by knowing what blocks to avoid and how to dfend myself has kept me safe. Then again, I am trained in small weapons self defense, and carry a knife at all times, and am getting my CLW next year.....but yeah, it's all about knowing where to avoid and how to handle stuff, pretecting your friends is much better than taking a bullet for them.

My life is probably worth less than any of my friends, and it would be a great feeling to know that I saved a life.

And actually, valuing someone else's life above your own, would make God happy.
