That IS a cool pic.

Anyway, to post a Youtube video, all you do is go to the said video's page. For example, this one: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o

Then, on the right-hand side of the video, under the description, there's a line with "Embed" at the beginning of it. Copy the whole line after where it says "Embed". SO now we have this: <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Continue by adding youtube tags to the edges of this. You'll have to manually type the tags, seeing as the forums don't yet have an auto-Youtube-tagger-thing.

Now you've got this:

[youtube.]<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>[/youtube.]

(NOTE: Take out the full stops I placed after "youtube" in the tags, or it won't work.

Anyway, if you did it right, when you post, it'll be like this:

@Bathy: Yeah, but you can totally imagine Zant singing it, right?

Actually, all you need to sandwich between the youtube tags is the video ID, which is in the URL.

(Do not click the link) http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=Br09TMWK43o The bolded, underlined part right there is the ID.

It is the string of letters and number after the "v=" and before the "&", if there is one. In this case there is not so it's just after the "v=" until the end.

Nice one. But that guy who does those two guitars is cool. I like his Chocobo Theme video.
