Anyway, I like Peperoni. My favourite base is scone. And my favourite sauce is Texas BBQ sauce. So that's a scone based Pizza with BBQ sauce as a tomato sauce substitute and cheese with peperoni, sausage, bacon or ham.

I love stuffed crust. I've only tried it once and that was recently too. But you know what's funny? Deep fried pizza. It's ridiculous. People actually fry it in fat. I mean... Who does that? It's disgusting.

I love pizza. The ultimate food.

Here we go...I prefer a thinner, crispier crust. The usual white crust is fine, but whole grain is better, and semolina is good too. For sauce, I'll go with the tomato stuff, but I adore BBQ pizza, as well as Greek-style, which is an olive-oil and garlic based sauce.

My perfect Greek pizza is medium to thin crust, nice an crispy, with the olive oil sauce, mozzerella and feta cheese, black olives, tomatoes, green and/or red peppers, and maybe some fresh roasted garlic bits on top. Sprinkle some oregano on top as well.

OM-NOM.

But the best pizza I ever had was a brick-oven pizza. It had olive-oil sauce, mozzerella, romano, and feta cheese, roasted red peppers, asparagus, black olives, tomato slices, and onions. It was also the most expensive pizza I ever ate, but my dad payed for it. XD

I like making my own pizza, too. I make my crust from scratch, and I like to experiment. My next one is going to be a teriyaki chicken pizza.

I might be a cooking geek...?
