  1. I'm still shaking terribly, but Zurins words really made me feel better.

Pipit, Link and Zurin are all very quick, because they now know where most of the tears are. I only try to follow them, and if it weren't for the adrenaline rushing trough my body, I would probably be laying somewhere in a corner sobbing. Zurin and I arrive at the very beginning of the volcano, and there is a rope hanging of a ledge above the lava, leading to a tear.

"I'll go get it," Zurin says.

    "Are you sure?" I ask.

"Of course I am," he answers. While he's balancing on the rope, I sigh.

    "Thank you," I say softly.

    "That's ok," he answers.

I really judged him too soon. He isn't that bad. He's actually quite nice.

"Got it," Zurin says proudly while he makes his way back.

    "How many left?" I ask.

  2. (I'm super curious too!)

"Let's split up. Everyone on their own?" Pipit suggests.

    "What? No!" I yell.

"Bryarly, that way it will go way faster," Link says, giving me a smile.

"But... Fine," I say. I am not happy with this, and my heart is already pounding like crazy. My whole body is trembling slightly, but I have to be brave. For Link.

"I'll go to the passageway in front of us, Zurin, you go to the volcano entrance with Pipit, and Bryarly, you go up the massive wind gust to our right. Understand?" Link says.

    We all nod.

"Good luck," we all say to each other.

I inhale deeply and stand ready. Link sighs and runs out of the circle. The sky turns blood red like the previous time and the guardians awaken and their heavy footsteps make me cringe in fear. My whole body trembling doesn't help either. Someone must have gotten a tear already because the sky turns into an eerie blue again.

I jump into the wind gust like Link told me to do, and up into a passageway there lays a red tear. I grab it and go to the other way. I gasp in fear. It's a sand slide. I inhale, and sit down. It goes very fast, and my heart feels like its going to jump out of my chest when I see there is waking water everywhere. I lean to my right, and grab a tear, but I also touch some of the waking water.

"NO!" I yell, and I almost burst out in tears. The slide finishes, and I fall down, where there is a giant guardian waiting for me with its axe.

"BRYARLY RUN!" Link yells who sees that I'm in trouble. He runs towards a tear, but its so far away.

I however, stay on the ground, paralyzed.

"BRYARLY!" Link screams as the guardian raises his axe and I pray to the goddess. For my friends. For my life.

The axe hits me with full force, though I don't really feel pain. My soul flies up into the sky, shattered in pieces.

    Its over for me.

    Its over.

  3. (That would be awesome! And sorry if this bit isn't that great, I just didn't want to decide! :P )

"Maybe do the same as last time?" Link suggests.

Everyone starts shifting uncomfortably and looking to the ground. No one really wants to go back into a silent realm. Including me.

    "I don't know..." Callia says.

"What if this one is even harder then the previous one?" Karane asks.

"You never know, but this terrain is much more different then the open desert of Lanayru..." Link says. "But err, who's coming? I mean, I have to go, but is there no one coming with me or what?"

"I'll come," Pipit says, standing forward.

    "Thanks," Link smiles.

"Me too," I say, trying not to make my voice sound as scared as I really am. I really do not want to go there, but I can't leave Link alone, can I?

  4. (I started playing again too, and I have just defeated Levias! :) )

    "Let's go then," Pipit says.

    "Good luck!" Kina yells.

We fly our loftwings trough the sky and though it's daylight, no one sees or stops us. We follow Link trough the thunderhead and land at the isle of songs. We enter the building and wait while Link hits the crest with a -what he calls- skyward strike. This time however, the statue doesn't appears in front of him, but under the platform he's standing on. It is the same process as last time. The statue sings, Fi appears, dances and tells us a message from the goddess and Link plays his harp.

  5. "Oh..." is all I can bring out.

    "Why?" Callia asks.

"Because every single time I wanted to tell you, somebody told me how a cute couple Link and Zelda would be. How they fit together perfectly, that they are best friends,..." I sigh. "That hurts."

She looks at me and takes my hands. "Sorry..."

"Me too... I shouldn't have called you childish," I say.

    "Hug?" she asks, smiling brightly.

    I smile too. "Of course."

  6. (I'm super jealous too! And poor Emzy)

I stand up from my seat and head back to our room again, since I guess they are done. I just can't help it but feel hurt whenever he talks about Zelda.

I want to open the door but I quickly stop and hold my ear to the door when I discover they are talking. About me.

"Seriously Callia, why would I ever hurt Bryarly? She's my friend!" Link says.

"Yes, I know, but, you just... You don't get it!" Callia sighs.

"What am I supposed to get?" Link asks confused.

My heart beats fast against my chest. She isn't going to tell him, is she?

"You're just so- so blind!" Callia says.

"What do you mean? Callia, seriously, I'm really, really confused right now," Link says, almost desperate.

  7. The monster screams loud in defeat, and it explodes, only leaving a large purple cloud behind.

I'm panting and my heart is racing from the adrenaline and the fear I felt, but I can now breath slowly again now it's over.

The sky becomes clear, and a heart appears (I didn't know if we would conclude these).

At the very end of the ship, there is a symbol on the ground. It starts to glow, and a platform raises from the ground. Link raises his sword and charges it, hitting the crest. It turns purple and turns around very quickly. Suddenly there comes a large blue flame out of the platform, and we all back away quickly, except for Link. Fi jumps out of his sword and flies in front of the flame. She raises her arms as balls of fire hit her.

Emzy gasps, but Link stays pretty calm about it.

The ball flies high up into the sky, before crashing into the ground before Link. Link jumps away and Fi reappears. Link raises his sword and the fire jumps into his sword with a high force. After that, the sword glows and seems to become longer...

  8. We continue going around the ship, defeating more bokoblins that, according to Zurin, are actually technoblins, because of their horrible electrified weapon. We reach a small room and Fi jumps out of Link's sword, telling him that you can see out trough the hole in the ceiling.

Link nods, and takes out his bow and arrow, shooting the time shift stone above us.

    "Now what?" Pipit sighs.

  9. "Where to now?" Emzy asks.

"The deck," Link says, taking the lead. I have to admit, he is quite good at this dungeon crawling thing. I never really liked it, to admit, but seeing Link doing it, it's like he was meant to be doing it. Which, I guess it the case here.

We arrive at the deck and look around for something we can use the bow on.

"There!" Pipit yells, pointing to a blue target.

"Great!" Link says, raising his bow and sending an arrow towards it.

Suddenly there raises a timeshift stone at the top of the ship. Fi jumps out of Link's sword and informs him it's a timeshift stone. Not that we didn't notice. She's kind of annoying, always stating the obvious.

Link hits the stone with an arrow, and the whole ship returns to the past. It looks stunning, to admit. Suddenly, we hear the screech of a bokoblin.

    "Oh no..." Callia sighs.

  10. "Let's clear this up," Link says, and he pulls out a weird item.

    "What's that?" I ask.

"Gust bellows. Let me show how it works," Link says. He points the item at the ground and presses a button. The sand flies away and we see weird symbols on the ground. After Link cleared everything we all examine the symbols.

"I got it!" Callia suddenly yells. She runs towards the door and hit's the things on the lock with her sword in a specific order. Suddenly, the lock falls off and we can continue.

  11. "Let's go there..." Link says, walking to our left.

Inside, the ship looks as vulnerable as outside, and when we take only a single step, the wooden floor creaks dangerously. We go down a set of stairs, and there are tiny scorpions we have encountered before running around everywhere. There are also electric keese, a spume and sink sand, and this ship looks like a miniature version of Lanayru desert. There are also loads of locked doors, so I think we'll be here for quite a while.

Suddenly we find ourselves in a corridor with an army of arachna.

"Get them of me!" Emzy yells, wildly swinging her sword around her.

  12. "Good idea. Thanks Fi," Link says and Fi jumps back into his sword.

    "Let's go then..." Pipit says.

The desert is hot as always, and we still don't have any idea were to look. Not to mention it's pretty dry, so there aren't any plants or something here to eat.

"This is kind of useless..." Callia mutters. She's right, we have been walking around for a very long time.

"Hey Zurin, don't you know anything?" Emzy asks.

    "Not really..." he sighs.

    "Hey Link?" Fledge asks.

    Link looks at him. "Yeah?"

"Why was Zelda taken to the surface by that tornado anyways? And why does that demon guy want her?" he asks. These were all questions we had wondered, yet no one had decided to ask them up until this point.

There's a glimpse of anger spreading across his face. "Ghirahim... I'm not sure why he wants her yet... The only thing I know for sure, is that she has something to do with Demise wanting to come back..."

  13. (Bryarly pandering to Link wanting to go back on his quest while he's still injured ;) )

My cheeks immediately turn red. Luckily for me, it's to dark for Link to see it.

"It's nothing special really", I mutter.

Callia lets out another groan and I flinch. I feel so horrible. I mean, why doesn't she understand me? I have a giant crush on Link. Of course I can't say no to him!

Link ignores her. "You can tell me anything, you know that right? Bryarly?"

I sigh. I can't just tell him. Why does he have to be so perfect in my eyes?

  14. "Well..." Link says hesitatingly, "Now we have to find an area I couldn't enter before because that's probably where the flame is."

"Let's go looking around then!" Emzy says cheerfully.

We search the whole desert, and we are dehydrated, hungry and tired as Callia suddenly falls down.

    "Callia!" Fledge calls out.

"I'm ok... I think it's my leg, I mean, we have been running around all day..." she sighs.

"It's becoming dark... Maybe we should return to the sky?" Pipit suggests.

"No!" Link yells out. "We'll just rest here. We'll loose to much time."

    "Fine," Karane sighs.

We all agree that two people stay awake to hold guard. Emzy and Pipit do the first one, and after eating and drinking I quickly fall asleep. After some time, Emzy wakes me up and tells me it's my turn. I want to ask her who has to hold guard with me, but then I see Link getting waked up too. Shoot.

Emzy and Pipit soon fall asleep and me and Link are the only ones out here awake.

    I shiver shortly.

"This desert is cold during the night..." I whisper.

"Yeah, you tell me..." Link mutters.

We stay quiet for sometime, until I have the feeling I just need to ask him.

"Have you already seen Zelda?" I ask.

"Yes," Link smiles. "Two times already. Once in Eldin, and the other time here, at the Temple of Time." His face turns grim after he says that.

    "What happened?" I ask.

"She and her 'helper' went into the gate of time and disappeared. I'm supposed to find the other one I guess..." he sighs.

"It'll be fine. You'll save Zelda," I say, giving him a small smile. I'm trying hard not to make my voice sound a bit bitter. Goddess Bryarly you're being selfish.

Suddenly I hear something. It's Callia. She probably has a lot of pain from her leg. I can't see if she's actually sleeping though...

  15. (I'm not sure where Pipit and Karane are, I guess that they are heading towards the tree?)

"NO! RUN!" I yell as loud as I can.

They're running as fast as they can to a tree that's way to far away. Now the guardians are not only after them, but us too. I need to think quick. I quickly scan the area for tears in my range. I see one, just a drop ahead. I jump down and dash forward. The guardian raises his axe at Karane as I grab it and it freezes. Karane falls down to her knees and Pipit tries to calm her down. They grab the tear up the tree and I see Callia getting close to another one in case they can't get trough the sea of the lantern guards. There are not much tears left, and we all split up again. Me and Link grab the remaining few on the mining facility. Suddenly the sky turns red again just a few seconds after me and Link grabbed the last one on the facility. I see Callia and Emzy getting chased and I see a guardian heading for me. I'm to much in shock to react.

  16. Me and Link go clockwise up a higher stone bit. My heart is pounding. Suddenly the sky turns red.

"What? We haven't done anything!" I scream.

"There!" Link yells. I run towards the tear and pick it up. The sky turns calm and blue again.

"What happened? That's the second time we didn't do anything wrong!" I exclaim.

"When we take to much time, the guardians will awake as well," Link explains.

"What? Oh goddess," I sigh. "How much do we even need?"

"I don't know. A number around 10 I think..." Link sighs, looking at the blue beacons.

We walk further and I see the next tear floating above a mine cart. I dash towards it.

    "Bryarly no!" Link screams.

I stop right before the mysterious waking water Link warned us about appears.

    "Sorry", I mutter.

"That's ok," he says. He waits until the waters gone, moves the cart and collects the tear.

  17. We land at the north of the desert.

Fi jumps out of Link's sword. "We have arrived at Lanayru Desert. You can use your dowsing ability to locate the entrance to the trail you must pass to open the way to the sacred flame." She goes back and we continue.

I don't know what she meant by dowsing, but Link points his sword forward and leads the way. The sword directs us very close to where we were and Link pulls out his harp. A blue round pattern appears on the ground and Fi appears again. Link plays the song and Fi sings with it, and despite her robotic voice it sounds really pretty. The pattern forms a flower as the song progress. When they are ready Link puts away his harp and turns to us.

    "What now?" Callia asks.

"Now I'll trust my sword into the ground and then my spirit will be transported to the silent realm," Link explains.

"How will we go? Will we all go? What if something happens to our bodies?" Pipit asks.

"I never thought about that..." Link admits.

    "I'll stay here," I mutter.

  18. (You guys can post, I have exams and I can't post frequently for a week. But thanks for waiting! :D )

We fly on our loftwings towards a part of the sky no one has ever been to. It was closed of previously, but now, it somehow opened. We fly trough a small hole in the cloud barrier, and we reach a dark looking area. There are weird birds flying around, and like Link said, they are trying to attack us. They aren't that hard to dodge, luckily. Link is taking the lead and we just follow. Link suddenly jumps off, and we do to. We have arrived at a weird group of floating islands.

"What is this place? It looks so... old..." Emzy mutters.

  19. "What in the hell?" Emzy yelps.

    "Who is that?" Pipit exclaims.

"This is Fi. She is a sword spirit and she's helping me through this all. She's very helpful," Link explains.

    "Hi Fi!" Karane says.

Fi doesn't reply, she just stares emotionless.

"Err, she is a bit... odd..." Link says.

I'm not really involved in the conversation, and me and Callia are just standing next to each other. I can clearly see she's mad at me.

  20. Callia sighs. "Link you really should stay here-"

Link interrupts her and faces me. Oh goddess. Those blue eyes I studied for years. "Bryarly?" he pleads. This is just cruel. How am I supposed to decide?

Callia tries to come between us because she knows my weakness. "Link listen!"

He ignores her and just stares at me. He takes my hands. "Bryarly... Please," he begs.

He couldn't make this any harder for me.

  21. (That's ok! I have exams next week so I get your feeling :) )

"O my goddess Emzy are you all right?" I say, rushing over to her.

"Yeah, I'm just... tired I guess..." she mutters.

"Go to sleep then, it's already evening again," Callia says.

Emzy nods and goes to sleep, just as Karane.

I sigh. This is really getting worse.

  22. I can't help but start to cry softly. I can see Karane crying too, and Callia's having a hard time not to. We know what we did, we ruined everything.

"What can we do?" Emzy sighs desperately.

"I don't know. We are screwed," Pipit says.

Callia gasps. "She is still on the surface. Alone." she stops a second to look at us. "Zelda."

As by the sound of her name Link starts coughing again. He has trouble breathing, and Callia does the same as she did last time.

    "Link?" Fledge asks.

He falls down his bed again. He is in a very bad condition.

  23. I still can't do anything. I just stare at him, mouth wide open.

"Just- just lay still Link, please," Callia pleads. She pushes him down again, and Link faints from exhaustion. Callia sighs and quickly turns to me. She takes my hands and I stare at her.

"Just inhale and exhale slowly," she says and I do so a few times. "Better?" she asks and I nod.

    "I'm sorry," I apology.

    "Why?" she asks.

"Because I was so worthless!" I yell out.

"You had a normal reaction," Pipit says, trying to calm me down.

"I just- what could I do? I mean, he was just-" I stutter.

"You panicked, that's all!" Callia says.

"Let's just hope he doesn't do that again the next time he wakes up," Pipit mutters.

  24. (Woops, sorry if I repeated something :P)

    I sigh. "I hope so."

"Ok, now, go to bed," Callia commands me.

"Will you wake me the second he wakes up?" I ask.

    She nods. "Of course."

I smile and hug my two best friends. I'm glad I have them. They really are the best. I lay down between Link's bed and Callia and faster then I expected, I drift away to sleep. I have horrible nightmares though, so when it's around 7 a.m. I'm already awake again. I sit up and look at Link. He's still sleeping. He has to wake up soon, or something is probably very wrong. I frown from anxiousness, and I look around the room again. Pipit and Karane are gone, probably getting some food, and Emzy is sleeping in the same position as when she went to sleep. She's snoring softly. Next to me I see Callia who is sleeping too and Fledge, who isn't asleep, is just laying next to Callia, playing with a lock of her hair. He smiles at me, and I smile back. They really are cute together.

Another hour passes, and I spent my time thinking about last night and waiting until everyone's up. Emzy also goes to get some food and she says that she'll bring some for me, since she knows I won't leave Link's side. Callia wakes up last, and she smiles at Fledge first before looking at me. Fledge says that he wants to see where everyone is, so he heads out for them.

"Hey. How are you?" Callia asks.

I shrug. "I had horrible nightmares..."

"I'm sorry..." she says, before hugging me.

"When will he wake up?" I ask.

    "I don't know," she replies.
