    I think im gonna have to go with the 64. because not only was there Ocarina, but that's also where smash started. and other great games like Majora's Mask, SM64, Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Goldeneye, and DK64.

    ok ill just list a whole bunch of my favorite gc titles and maybe you can get some good ideas from these:

    SSBM

    Tales of Symphonia (this game is a MUST have!!!!)

    WW

    LoZ Collectors Edition

    LoZ FSA

    both Metroid Prime games

    both Starfox games

    Resident Evil 4 mos def

    Fire Emblem Path of Radiance

    Super Mario Sunshine

    Mario Kart Double Dash

    Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2 (if you can find it...) and thats one game btw

    Soul Calibur 2 just because Link is in it :)

    Prince of Persia games

    Okami

    Kirby Air Ride

    both of the Super Monkey Ball games (sounds stupid but they are SO MUCH FUNNNN!!!)

    Animal Crossing fo sho

    F-Zero GX (hardest racing game ever made... but its fun and definitely earns you bragging rights if you beat it 100%)

    my top picks are Krystal equipped with her staff, Megaman, and either Ephraim from FE8 or Hector from FE7

    I chose Krystal because she would bring a new fighting style to the game, she would be another girl to add to the small list of other female fighters, and she would be the first Starfox rep that wouldn't be somewhat "clonish"

    as for Megaman... i don't think i need to explain this one :)

    Ephraim, like Krystal, would bring a different fighting style to ssb and he would be the first FE rep without a sword to join the roster. and to avoid possible clones, i would only want either Krystal or Ephraim. although Krystal, being much more well known, has a much higher chance of being added than Ephraim.

    I just want Hector in smash cuz he was my favorite character in FE7. so thats just kind of a personal choice. BUT!! no one in ssb weilds an ax and he would be another good power character to add to the list

    OH YA! holy crap i can't believe i forgot this one. Isaac from Golden Sun. He would be awesome! magic attacks and a sword wielder?? heck ya!

    I was disappointed when I saw TL as a clone, even though he has considerable differences.

    Especially his down air. It pisses me off since the only time it's useful is when it's INCREDIBLY RISKY TO USE IT.

    i completely agree. although it is really fun to lure my friend off the stage knowing that he'll try and completely miss :)

    yes. he cannot flinch when he throws it up. but from the instant he leaves the ground to when he touches back down, he can flinch.

    He has super armor when he throws his sword up. It's when he catches it that he can flinch.

    ie - Try using Aether on a Smart Bomb.

    Wait a sec, Banjo Kazooie? Is that being re-released on the Virtual Console, or is Nintendo making a completely new Banjo Kazooie game for the Wii?

    neither. Banjo Kazooie: Nuts n Bolts is coming out on the 360 on december 15th. Can't wait!! :)

    actually, he does... he's vulnerable after he throws his sword up and when he's coming back down. you just have to be behind him, unless you have some kind of non melee attack you can hit him with. easiest person to try this with is probably falco with his laser.

    holy hayzoos get this game!! my friends and i have probably put in well over 200 hours of multiplayer into this game! city trial owns! i hope they make another one for the wii...

    ok so it seems like no one is ever online anymore. i am smashing, no joke, about 5, 6, 7 hours a day and no one is ever on. i am so sick of random online multiplayer matches at the damn warioware stage with pokemon going everywhere and sonic standing to the side telling me that "im too slow"... i would LOVE a nice one on one stock match at final destination without items.

    sooooooo.... if anyone wants to smash... let me know. i will more than willingly smash with you regardless whether i lose 100 times in a row. i just wanna be able to focus with minimal lag. that would be amazing. let me know! :)

    ya this game is pretty dang awesome. i think it ties with mk ds as my fav. ive unlocked everything completely and my fav combo is baby luigi and the bullet bike :)

    ya falcon was nerfed completely as far as im concerned. the melee falcon was the best character of all the smash bros characters ever. now he's too floaty. and his knee sux. but i still can't keep from using him. all crap aside, he's still pretty darn fun to use. i just like the way he moves. haha

    To get used to playing online, make sureyou practice on the slow-mo mode as well as the regular mode (as the lag varies).

    i see what your trying to say but its not really the speed of the match that messes me up, its when it cuts up over and over again and doesn't recognize half of the commands i put in. o well. at least we have online :) anybody let me know when you feel like smashing! im ALWAYS up for a match or 20

    If he's missing a sticker, it should be the stickers trophy, unless he used a hammer to get it.

    There's are very good people online with falcon, peach and sonic. They may have changed for the worse for your particularly play style, but I'm amazed how well balanced they can make anything in smash bros.

    Although I believe everyone seems to agree about jigglypuff's borking....

    oh don't get me wrong, im still good with falcon and peach and somewhat sonic, i just much prefer the melee falcon and peach to the brawl falcon and peach.

    falcon is a speed character that, due to the new fiziks engine making each character super floaty, was made much slower. falcon was my main in melee. he fell super fast which helped a lot with short hop arial combos. and now he doesn't fall as fast and still to this day it messes with me sometimes. i know that might not sound like a big change but it is. and his knee is so much harder to sweet spot! holy crap! that drives me crazy! idk... he's still good. its just more fun to point out the annoying things i guess. haha

    as for peach, i think they shouldn't have redone her down smash. i know it was a little cheap but that was her trump card aside from her turnips. and her second jump sucks! ya, cool, you can still float, but don't make something worse! c'mon sakurai! and her foward throw has been nerfed as well. crap, total crap!11! but, like i said with falcon, she's still a good character, its just more fun pointing out the things that annoy me. :huh:

    i just think sonic needs a good killing move. at least two maybe three. that would be awesome. i would use him so much more. a spike would be great! i mean, some characters have 2 or 3 and he has none!! not one!! sonic is such a cool character! HE'S SONIC THE FREAKING HEDGEHOG!!! GIVE HIM SOMETHING TO SHOW HOW AWESOME HE IS!!

    oh ya. and lag sux. horribly. i wanna shoot myself every time i play online. i love being able to play other people in other places but it drives me insane when i try to do something and the lag completely throws me off. it makes me want to kick babies!!!!

    personally i wouldn't want shadow in smash. why not just make a red and black costume for sonic that resembles him?

    and i completely agree with GM on the melee stage being smaller. its much too easy to die if you're on the high point of the great fox! two up smashes from fox and whoever he hits is gone! OH!!! and i would fix pokemon stadium 1!! they totally killed it for me. now you can get caught under the stage while trying to grab the edge and the windmill really messes with me because you can't go through it anymore! and i just plain don't like pokemon stadium 2 because of the conveyer belts. those things piss me off!!! :redhot:
