actually you choose to fight the emperor or Vader for the final battle. the second battle with vader gets you the sith stalker armor, the fight with the emperor gets you the ceremonial jedi robes.
what system do you have it on?

in force unleashed you can fight darth vader or emperor palpetine at the end.

oh yeah! beat both DLCs for Force Unleashed and beat the dark side ending (but unfortunately i had to cheat)
