  1. Aluna listened to Brett's advice, closed her eyes and thought of her home, to distract her from the vase.

A large SMASH dragged her back into reality, only to realise that there was now fragments of porcelain scattered across the floor.

    The others turned to stare at her, and she blushed profusely, simply saying;

    "Oops..."

  2. Aluna fiddled with her bracelet subconciously, too busy trying tofigure out what it actually did to bother paying attention to theconversation. "Wait a second, didn't Zerahnor say something about Telekinesis?" she pondered.

Concentrating on a nearby vase, she tested her power. Unsuprisingly, it slowly lifted a few feet of of the table. The Zora was successful in moving it around, but now she had a question of her own...

"Umm... Zerahnor, how do I get this thing down?!"

((This is mah first RPG, so its a given fact that I'll have no clue what to do next! :D))

  3. Yeah, peoples confidence is a big factor.

Remember how they used to say on the first live shows: 'Oh, they probably were nervous performing live first.'

Well, they can't use that as an excuse anymore.

    Whats next? Live Boot Camp?

Or maybe a live audience at the judges houses?

  4. Now, I don't know if this is relevant or not, even if it is the general board.

Has anyone seen the new series of X-Factor? I mean, where the auditions are live? (Is it even shown outside of the UK?!)

Now if you have, I just want to hear your opinions of it. I mean, I honestly think it ruins the whole idea of a 'journey' from auditions to a live performance. And 70% of the fanbase agree. 400,000 people less than last year watched the first ep, but I can't be certain as to why yet.

And Simon Cowell says : "If it doesn't work, I'll take the blame. Simple as that."

Well, its a poor idea, if you ask me. It works with Britains Got Talent, but it takes the appeal away from the X-Factor.

(If this thread is irrelevant or already been done, feel free to remove it.)

  5. Hmm... if this catches on, it could become viral. Or maybe a meme? Unlikely, but... :embarrassed:

Were those Lobsters alive? I know nothing about storing lobsters or cooking and eating them, so can someone fill in the blanks? :D

  6. FF is the worst browser ever made end of story.

No, Netscape is the worst browser ever made. Or maybe Opera. One of the two.

(I have a strange feeling that this debates gonna get messier now )

  7. Firefox is up and running nao on my crappy PC. It seems to be working fine. :joy:

I got a new theme thats all black and shiny, it looks ace. :D

Well its five minutes past midnight now here, I better got get some sleep. See ya'll tomorrow... I MEAN today. Zzz

  8. Now, before I make my opinion heard, I want you to know I am in no way trying to be racist here. I believe all races are equal, we're all human, deal with it.

So anyway, I believe that McD's has done this more as a business opportunity, as when I do go to a McDonalds (which isn't often) I notice that white is the ethnic minority. Not thats anything wrong with that.

My main problem is the society's view on races. I mean, we preach equal rights, as we should, but one thing doesn't fit: why is it when the foreign people in our country are allowed to say whatever they like about us without consequence, we are severely reprimanded if we say a word? If we want to live in an equal world, we have to get the punishments balanced aswell. -_-

  9. I'm perfectly okay with people gender-changing, I mean, if they think they'd feel more comfortable as the opposite sex, who's to say thats wrong? I mean, I can understand how people might feel awkward knowing that someone they used to know is now a different gender, but it isn't morally wrong. Its just the way some morons can't accept anything that doesn't meet their stereotypes.

    Thats my opinion, anyways. biggrin.gif

  10. I actually do like Firefox as a browser, its very prettyful.

But it runs slow as hell for me.

    I need a new CPU. dizzy.gif

Anyone selling something better than an ancient 1.8ghz processer?

  11. Thanks for making the bracelet Telekinesis powered, Rikku. I was hoping for it! joy.gif

Maybe you read my mind? |:o

  12. Meh. If its puppies, the world will continue on as normal.

However, if there are kittehs on that ingredients list, the world will explode from the sheer power of my

  13. That vid is what horror movies should be like.

I'm not a big fan of them myself, although I do watch them with my dad sometimes.

Scary Movie is ace though, just for the fact it makes horror funny. biggrin.gif

  14. Ah. Then it was you who miscommunicated. >:0

Kidding. Anyways, if you can't chat there, you talk to people here. :>

Yes, its a much happier place here. You know, all that 'The grass is greener' proverb stuff?

Now I think about it, the chat wasn't much cop anyway. It got a bit boring after a while. I'll just stick to the chat in the multiplayer rooms. biggrin.gif

From now on, I'm gonna play Osu for what is, chat and scary admin aside.

And Osu is a neat likkle game, so I'm gonna put the link here for the sake of it.

  16. Phoenix Wright fans (if there are any here) will know what my Screen Name means. But some of you won't, so I'll explain it.

Maya Fey (http://www.court-records.net/chara-maya.htm) gives Phoenix Wright (http://www.court-records.net/chara-phoenix.htm) a stone called a Magatama. When Pearls (http://www.court-records.net/chara-frannyfey.htm#harumi) charges it with power, it gives Phoenix the power to see when people aren't telling him the full truth, and when this happens, you see a 'Psyche Lock'. You have to break the lock by showing them evidence that they do know more. Tah dah!

    sweat.gif

Also, Magatamas are a kind of old jewellrey, something I recently found out myself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magatama

I chose it because I just like the sound of the word, and it links into to one of my fandoms. It just sounds... exotic, ya know? biggrin.gif

  17. Peppy doesn't sound very nice. Anyways, I'm sorry.

    No need to apologise. biggrin.gif

peppy (yes its lower case, dunno why) came across as nice to me at first, but after seeing him in the chat room, he didn't seem as nice as I thought he was. Not that he's evil, mind, but I thought he'd be a lot kinder.
