Aye yeah it was just reset. Guessed as much but it's more fun for it to belong to nobody but itself, and it's identity as a lost glove is just a sign of its ulterior motives to return to it's master. Graham's got it now, and it is his burden to bear. If he asks to leave town, I won't stop him. I wont have the dark riders riding through my town looking for him. Take the curse somewhere else, Graham.

Yesterday I found a lost item and went around town trying to find it's rightful owner. I tried Peck, Groucho, Deirdre, Graham, Rosie, Merengue, Carmen, and Friga, leaving only Rodeo who it could have belonged to. I found Rodeo sitting in the cafe. He stayed there past 3:30 so I guessed he would probably be there til 4, and I couldn't wait for him. I saved, switched off and decided to come back later. I didn't.
 
So I come back today and the item is actually still counting as a lost item, and I can ask people about it. So I find Rodeo at last, this time trying on clothes that might fit over his fat ass and I offered him his glove. Not his. But that means it's nobodies? And it's not mine because the game isn't that silly. So therefore it must fall to reason that this glove possesses the holder, and decides by it's own whim who it wishes to be taken by. This glove is the One Glove to rule them all, and it won't stop until I have brought it to the hands of Lord Sauron, Lord of the Earth and King of Men.
 
I can't drop it, and the only option it gives it 'cancel'. 'Turn back, and forget your intentions to drop me' it says, in this small gesture. My character can't be rid of it. He feels compelled to keep a hold of the lost glove, and won't let me tear it from his grasp. After all, it's his and he found it. It's his prize, for all the work he's done. Why should he get rid of it?
 
I'll bury it when it finally allows me to drop it though, and I hope to the gods that this at least will keep the storm at bay. The peace of Animal Crossing can only last so long. The war will wash over everything in time, even my humble little town.

(I hate to sound like a broken record that sounds like pheo of all people, but if you haven't already, you should totally check cucumber quest out. paper mario with bunnies and (almost TOO much) cuteness and more goofiness, basically!

I was reading this thread and it made me want to go back to my game, Stitches is still one of my neighbors and that's great. And then there was more good news.

Do you see that face? Who wants this in their town?     But yeah I haven't been to my town in a while. 8 months apparently. Had a lot of weeds to pull, but there weren't nearly as many as I thought there would be so that's good. I don't know if I'll start regularly playing this game again but maybe. If Stitches ever leaves my town I am just done, because he is the best AC neighbor.

LITERALLY WHO CARES ABOUT ZUCKER ANYMORE they never are going to message me anyways but seriously something a million times better than Zucker JUST happened!!!! I'm literally screaming (internally). I can't stop yelling! as Shari would say!

update: someone put a FREE Zucker on that trading community I'm on yesterday, and I replied within like 5 minutes of it being posted. they just messaged me the now saying if the person they were going to give him too doesn't respond within three hours, then I'll get him. Wish me luck guys!!! ;-;

Zucker, the adorable takoyaki octopus (one of three octopus neighbours!) who happens to be one of the rarest and most-sought out neighbours on the various trading communities!!! Great, right???
 
HAHAHA. No. I have 10 neighbours already. So I have no space to convince him to move in. The even bigger punch to my gut is that Broccolo, the worst neighbour in history, is leaving tomorrow. TOMORROW. Why couldn't you have waited two more days to camp here Zucker???? I've always wanted to have a takoyaki octopus for a friend??? And I probably would have immediately moved you out to trade you in exchange for my super popular dream neighbours like Diana and Stitches. BUT WE WOULD'VE BEEN FRIENDS BEFORE THAT YEAH TOTALLY... why did you have to puppy this up so bad Zucker ffs ;-;
 

 
No please come live here and bloop away in my town for as long as I would have needed you, we all love to bloop here... you would LIKE it here ;-; why do the amazing neighbours only camp here when I have ten neighbours... why do I get shit like Charlise the ugly bear and Olaf the creeper of the century anteater when I have space? This game is horrible.
 
If other players could convince campers in other towns to move to their towns I'd let one of you guys (IF ANY OF YOU PLAYED THIS GAME) take him. But now look where we are. This has been a very tragic day. I need a break from AC jesus.

Oh hey unrelated news but actually-related-to-the-game news, remember ages ago when I was mad about not getting that awesome demon horse camper because Broccolo the shitty mouse parked his ass in my town the day before? Well, I finally got the space, and managed to adopt another demon horse that someone was selling. He's settling into my town nicely.
 

 
Truly, a demon of the highest calibre, this one. I think my character will get along perfectly with him. <3
 
And even better. Broccolo is FINALLY LEAVING!! This Friday, he will be gone from my town and my life forever. I would ask if one of you wanted to adopt him, but that's pretty much the same as asking if you're okay with being tortured. And I'm not CRUEL, by any means...
