I think my main qualm with Mormonism is its origins. I know Mormons will deny it, but it's so obviously a fraud just from its beginnings, with its creator.

Mormonism should do a gritty reboot to appeal to us

I don't have time to make a proper argument against these specific points, so I'd just like to say that I do understand that our church is not perfect and can seem odd from the outside, but I believe in it and it makes me happy. We really are some of the most kindhearted and levelheaded people you'll meet, and once you give it a chance, our teachings are all very positive, sensible, and uplifting. Far more than many other religions, in my honest opinion.
 
Also, from what I've seen 90% of the things people think they know about us is very misunderstood or outright false, so keep an open mind and take things you read about us with a grain of salt. Of course, I will admit there are some pretty rough spots in our history that shake my testimony a bit, but it's silly to expect any group of human beings to be perfect.
 
By the way, I respect your opinions, and I appreciate that you're all being fairly civil and respectful. (:
 
Edit: Oh, and no offence man, but I think it's kind of hilarious you're creeped out by how happy and nice we are. One would think that would be a selling point...

But no, Mormons are weird.

I'm not gonna tell you about their weird underwear, the weird history or their weird beliefs. But I'll tell you about a group of Mormons in my city. In a youth group for girls, they are taught how to sew and cook and stuff. And anytime there was a gathering of the youth group that required food, they went all out and brought a feast. And the girls' youth group also had an exercise or something in which they all wrote letters to their future husbands. That was really creepy to me.

And the males all have to go do a "mission". Their missionary work isn't going to another country and helping others and trying to sneak in Christianity (like other missions). Their mission involves wearing a tucked-in white shirt and a tie and riding bikes around neighborhoods, annoying people in their homes. Literally no one wants to hear about the pitch for Mormonism from a Mormon, so they make sure and use the incredibly long and misleading name for their religion. And they're too nice so you almost feel bad for slamming the door on them.

I feel like my skills have improved a lot recently, but my inspiration is kinda poop atm. really frustrating. Here is a pic i started last thursday that i just cant bring myself to finish. Hopefully i will though. I dont know whats holding me back.

Given Bioshock Infinite's ending, I don't see why Bioshock 2 wouldn't be considered canon.
 
I don't think Ken Levine, the creator of Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite, has even mentioned the second game at all. It was made by a different team, so he wasn't really involved. To my knowledge, though, there isn't anything in Bioshock 2 that contradicts either of the other games.
 
Basically, it's canon if you want it to be canon. Infinite opened up, er, infinite possibilities with sequels. So you won't have to worry about what is "canon" and what isn't. In the Bioshock universe, it's all canon.
