In the games that take place in Hyrule, I walk when I feel like fighting, or ride when I want to get from A to B asap. (Or warp if it's far.)

In WW, and PH I like sailing. (Not that I have much of a choice, of course.)

I liked sailing, it made the game feel bigger, even though it took ages, and it was therefore more immersing I think.

I think riding on Epona is the way to go...i just get her to start walking in TP and go to first person and look around while she walks!

I will warp if I can, but if I've already completed the game or if I'm in the mood to take the long way I'll travel on horseback or even run just to take in the beauty of hyrule, especially in TP and OoT.

I usually go on horseback when I can. I warp when I'm too lazy to walk and I can't get ther with Epona. (Example: Death Mountain in Twilight Princess.)
