I'm sorry, but I don't think this is going to work. The Deku Tree isn't going to be down forever, and it doesn't ask for repayments. And no one really has any collateral, so there's nothing you can do if people lose all their borrowed rupees playing blackjack. I'm not trying to be mean or anything.
