Posted 12 Jun 2009 How about we stop posting that perpetual Rickroll before Sahaqiel has to start beating people's faces in. :| Rickrolling isn't meant to piss people off like that. You could make any random video play and make the screen move around and have random words that you have to wait forever to get off your screen and it would be annoying. The point of the Rickroll is as follows: To disappoint someone through linking them a video that is much more lame and uninteresting than what was originally promised. What that link is, Grandmaster Phoenix, is no better than a virus. However, regular rickrolling is acceptable. If it's not going to be Never Gonna' Give You Up, then people will just link something more lame. The song isn't lame, by the way. But the video is just embarrassing. (So, not a other website NOR making the link different (tinyurl etc) so you don't know which site you will connect to.) But if you are against this 'law/rule' and someone reports you since you have hurt that guy or his PC.
