How do you like your steak cooked? Do you like your steak thick or thin?

I like mine medium or medium rare.

A thick steak is nice but usually it's cooked badly when it's thick.... burnt outside, raw inside. It's hard to get it right. I don't eat steak often but it can be tasty if good!

I'm really not sure. To me all steak is steak. Except for when it's burned. I will not eat burned food.

However I do know that I like my steak medium rare. I think.

Medium rare, I don't like it bloody, but I also don't like it completely brown. Medium rare is usually pink and very delicious.

I like my steaks medium to medium rare, just not bleeding.

Best way, cut a fillet to about 3/4 inch, wrap it in bacon, pan sear it with a bit of soy sauce and garlic, then serve with seared scallops. <-----fantastic meal
