It's probably a tie between Final Fantasy 4 DS and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Both had a steep learning curve and final bosses that could beat you up in a matter of minutes if you don't know what your doing.

Yeah, I was lost for a long LONG time. Whyt don't you play it once more and try playing? Its a really fun, long, and hard game (And i mean HARD, they even have a hard mode! Like the normal one wasn't hard enough!)

Probably, also Spirit Tracks. That game was hard! But i beat it in 8 days, but it has to be one of the best Zelda games since.... Four Swords Adventures

The hardest game, hm? Most games today aren't really too difficult. The game that took me the longest to beat was probably Majora's Mask. I first played it when I was about 10, and finished it at around age 14.
