That yarn must be pretty epic to draw Kirby's attention. I have been waiting for a Kirby since the gamecube.

I knew it was coming, but when I saw Kirby's Epic Yarn and the first second of gameplay I was like "WTF!?"

Then I watched a litle more and I thought it was awesome.

My only problem with it is that it effectively rules out Dark Matter/Zero as the villain. Other than that, it looks fun, like Kirby Canvas Curse was.

Edit: But if the main villain is named Sewcia...

I saw no inhaling, which I thought was kinda odd. He does seem to get powers some how though, such as the UFO thing.

It's the whipping or whatever he's doing with the yarn. He snags enemies by whipping them.

Maybe he can't inhale because he's just a circle of yarn and doesn't have a stomach. Or something.

I can imagine that being the plot in a Kirby game: "Dream Land has been transformed into yarn by someone evil!"
