The brackets and parentheses aren't really needed, and this is lacking in consistency. idk.

I feel that "other non-Zelda" is a bit redundant.

"The Legend of Zelda Game Discussion" also seems a bit off. It sounds like you're talking about just the first game or something.
And theories' description:

Theories are never touched upon in the series, really. Theories are compiling evidence and making a conjecture about what happens in the series. So I don't know what to call it, but it isn't quite right.

Overall, I'm liking the structure a lot more, though.
