They had Golden OoT cartidges? I thought only MM had a Golden cartridge.

Oh yes. the gold OoT cartridge was the limited edition version that was sold for the first month or so of the game's release. It's known as the only version 1.0 copy of the game, and it used to have a lot of the more famous glitches (Swordless Link, Steal the Fishing Rod) exclusive to it until people found other ways to activate the glitches.
