In my experience with that type of role all wolves would be seen as guilty whether they have made a kill or not, also a few select townies and independents could be seen as guilty.

Plus you are a roleblocker which is common ability for wolves.

it does well as a town ability, too, like a reverse doctor--rather than guess the target, they guess the source, which then basically tells them, if there is no kill, that the person is a wolf.
