well, in this cool review, they said around 60 hours of the main quest without any aimless exploring or side quests. probably over a hundred with side quests and exploring. if you want to see it, go to this link, then search "review" in the search bar and click on the all media button. it should be the first one. 1. double AA
2.not sure, but don't think so.
3. because of the motion sensing, certain actions are now done by moving the wiimote instead of pressing buttons, so there are fewer buttons and some have new names. EX. sword slashing is done by swinging the wiimote like a sword instead of pushing a button. kakariko/death mountain
hyrule field
lanyru (zoras domain/lake hylia)
gerudo desert

some other offshoots as well
game is just over 40 hours without going onto anything else, i know because i just completed it

There is also no magic meter in the game, which seems very wierd...
