How do you get a bigger wallet that holds 300 rupees?

You don't. You can get the adult's wallet that holds 200 rupees by giving ten Gold Skultula tokens to the House of the Skultula, and the giant wallet that holds 500 rupees for 30 tokens. There is no 300 rupee wallet.

The Biggoron sword also works well.

Din's fire, biggoron's sword, the broken giant's knife, and/or naryu's love make the fight easier. If you would rather stick with the master sword, just be patient and don't use thrusts. If you're really in trouble, look around for videos on youtube of how people bet him with just the master sword.

You are right I didn't remember with 100 skulltulas you obtain 200 rupees if you talk with the guy in the house every time you want.
