Let's see, Phantom Hourglass I thought was the easiest Zelda game ever.

Akuji the Demon. But it's a lot of fun and so adorable and you should  totally check it out.

Moraff Super Blast. Seriously, it's a breakout clone where you couldn't die if you wanted to because of how many extra lives you get.
