He left after that, but I think he had a decent reason for leaving. And besides, he'd been thinking about it for ages. Like Pádraig!, he was planning on it for ages, too and had the same reason to leave as Ammonsa did; because they didn't really enjoy being here anymore. They just left at different times and after certain sparks. I don't see him coming back. He's been busy with life, and stuff. He's hardly been online at all.

The executioner brandishes an Axe of Killing, twirling it around in complex patterns, only to swiftly loop a noose around Arcane's neck and hang him on the gallows.

Arcane was Gimly, Alchemist, Independent.

From his coat pocket fell a single vial labeled, "FOR KILLING WEREWOLVES".

It shatters and spills all over the ground, seeping into the earth and imprinting Arcane's face in the grass. Being an alchemist engineer can lead to some pretty cool special effects.
