Well, the storylines have been getting much better. So have the controls and graphics. If the latest games are any indication, I'd say the difficulty is what needs to be improved.

i hope for the first 3! storyline, graphics, AND more problem solving

i just can't enough of Zelda and it sucks enough that it take so long to make them when i beat them relatively fast. (few days)

i would love to see a sequel to twilight princess. that one was simply epic in my opinion.

I want improved everything
But I never played the Wii TP, so i don't know about the motion controls really. I really want harder puzzles. But I would love a better storyline too....And I wouldn't mind much of the graphics as long as the game is great
