I'm pretty sure the "een" part comes from Halloween. So basically it's made from the words winter, Halloween, and Christmas.

Lots of people celebrate it. I've asked people if they celebrate it, they said yes, then I asked them if they've heard of CAD, they said no.

Well, Ubisoft is giving 30% off digital downloads, and the gamestop in my town is also having a Wintereenmas sale, 25% off used and 15% off new.
