Not a movie, but: Clannad. Well, there is a movie version, but I haven't watched it, and it is not as good as the anime series.

If we're not going for strictly movies, I'd say 5 Centimeters Per Second. Okay, it is a movie, but when I saw it, it was split into three parts. I think it's decent competition with Grave of the Fireflies for tear-jerker Anime.

The ending is really sad but then it's happy and stuff. Oh, and Black Swan. She's puppying crazy and then the ending is like, aw. And then the audience keeps clapping.

And then the Futurama episodes that VRS listed. Futurama can actually be really sad and emotional when it tries.
