I'm actually enjoying this conversation because you can actually indulge me when it comes to musical discussion.I really appreciate people who can discuss music with me. Anyway, the thing about Kansas is most people only appreciate one or two of their songs since the rest are pretty much the same thing over and over. It's like they mastered one particular wavelength and played it safe the rest of their career. Sorry, I'm just changing my email address and making a new one. That's very true. Some bands do that so they can distract people away from the instruments and focus on the lyrics. The lyrics are sometimes more powerful than the instruments. If you thought posting that song was a joke against you somehow, then no. I just like posting Swans to people to see if they enjoy this kind of thing. Because you have to have to have pretty weird taste to like Swans. I do, kinda. They played shows at like 140 decibels. Which to put in perspective for you, is the volume of a gunshot.
