They can only not discriminate based on unreasonable criteria. this couple is no more "cute" than any couple and they don't deserve special praise or treatment. They deserve the same indifference/disgust that any couple would invoke Is this a criticism of the video? Because from what I can tell, the point of the video was that gay marriage is just like any other marriage, and should be treated as such. It's not being like "you should find gay marriage more touching than straight marriage". The video is cute basically. If people did a montage of any other couples' life in this sort of way then it'd be just as cute really. This one just has more of a point than a heterosexual marriage montage would, because they don't have anything to prove. And therefore it's more worth watching, even if it isn't any more cute.
