Essentially, I will be full on beta testing. Current testers are Alpha testers.

(Alpha testing is before everything is complete. Beta testing is after everything is complete, too look for problems and imbalances.)

no, beta testing isn't nescessairly when everything is complete, it just can be.

The only condition of a beta test is that it's being tested by people OTHER than those who didn't make the game. I've already had this argument with someone over the halo 3 beta...
