I'm still having a hard time believing that this is real!

But in sad reality the Panda is seriously endangered , threatened by continued habitat loss and by a very low birthrate, both in the wild and in captivity. Pandas have been a target for poaching by locals since ancient times, and by foreigners since they were introduced to the West. Starting in the 1930s, foreigners were unable to poach pandas in China because of the Second Sino-Japanese War and the Chinese Civil War, but pandas remained a source of soft furs for the locals. The population boom in China after 1949 created stress on the pandas' habitat, and the subsequent famines led to the increased hunting of wildlife, including pandas. During the Cultural Revolution, all studies and conservation activities on the pandas were stopped. After the Chinese economic reform, demand for panda skins from Hong Kong and Japan led to illegal poaching for the black market, acts generally ignored by the local officials at the time.

It kind of makes me sad that people are actually buying this.

This is obviously just a big joke, in fact it's a blatant rip-off of J-Day, but with Panda's replacing Tingle.

Regardless of what I say, the moron who is pretending to be the Panda will refute what I say (and more than likely censor my post) so any attempt for me to explain this situation is futile. The joke will continue, someone will go gotcha and you'll all feel like idiots.

I didn't read more than the first and last to posts (Are you kidding me!?!? Read all 12o-some posts?), but from what I can glean, this is either the Admin playing a joke, or the Sites been hacked (most likely the latter from the post I'm about to qoute.

We assure you, no mod has taken part in this and it's not part of April Fool's day.

Dustin might have done something, but the Panda project had been going on for a very long time in chat.

We just didn't know exactly what they were doing in there.

I dunno.

I can't even ban the guy or set warning levels right now.

If the sites been hacked, let me know I'd like to do what I can to help,( This happened on another site I'm part of, only with XXX instead of Pandas) but if this is a joke, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. (Don't expect help if the site really is hacked)
