New Forum Theme 'Hyrule.net 3.0"

We don't intend on deleting the old green forum theme as it can be an alternative for those who like it better than this one.

The theme may seem bright for a while because adjustment from green to blue.

Pretty sweet. A bit bright, but it's nice.

Cool. It's very blue. I kind of prefer the green, but I love the banner up at top, and it's pretty shiny. Oh, and some of the "Post Icons" still have green backgrounds, in case you didn't know. You might want to change them so they've got transparentness.

You need a working copy of IPB in order to really make a theme and make sure it works plus things can go wrong. so no.

I can't stop using version 3.0. It's the same blue as a differnt website I go to.
