SA2B was the best Sonic game, imo. If they took out the Tails/Eggman stages and replaced them with more Sonic/Shadow stages, it would be even better.

The Chao Garden totally makes the game, though.

The idea that the wolves aren't allowed to kill anybody until somebody is lynched is ludicrous. It goes against the very concept of the game. The town has to lynch people due to the threat of being killed by wolves.

Last night in gears of war 3 I unlocked the savage theron by beating beast mode on insane difficulty without failing. Which was a really difficult thing to do that took hours of attempts, and we only succeeded with like fifteen seconds left on the clock and it was really intense and I was like YYEEEEEEUUUUURRRRSH when we killed the last onyx guard.

Sadly none of you care about gears of war 3 and I am literally only mentioning it in this thread because I know Chase is gonna come in here and respond to EDA and see this post and realize we still haven't played together. What's with that, chase.

Being brutally honest is when you are honest about what you think, without sugar-coating it. You're stating your raw, uncensored opinion. And since it's an opinion, it's also not necessarily right. So I am saying that while you're being honest about your opinion, you're still not right.

He's not being an attention whore. Your old thread about your messed-up childhood from the mental abuse by your parents wasn't attention whoring either. You were airing your feelings to the forum, explaining why you're such a rotten human being. As was Ezlo, with this. He wasn't begging for attention, he was just looking for some input. And that's really not so bad.

The only person here who seems to have a problem with him is you. So don't go saying you're being "brutally honest" as if you're somehow speaking for the majority, and that we're all thinking the same thing. Because we're not. You're the one who doesn't get that it's he's not attention-seeking.

And let me add that wanting attention isn't a bad thing. Complaining and whining when they don't get enough attention is pretty shitty, but why are you attacking him just because he wants a reply. He hasn't been obnoxious about it, so I don't see why you should immediately brand him an "attention whore". He's not whoring attention. He's just replying to people who are replying to him. People who are replying to him because they want to, and not just because he's begging for the attention.

And next time, if you want to argue, don't post a condescending video of someone berating other people. Actually make an argument, rather than being dense and not even trying to understand what I'm trying to say.

Yeah, and I sincerely hope it happens.

I just don't think it will. I've been on this site since I was 14 (I'm 21 now) and it hasn't gained any more activity than when it started. Every time we gain new people, old people leave. It's weird.

It also doesn't help that most of us who stuck around have lost our zeal for Zelda. Perhaps I'm just a bitter old hand. We need younger people (12-15) that have that giddy, jump for joy feeling about Zelda that we all had when we were their age. I wish I could get it back. But I enjoy games in a different way now, so not all is bad. Our site just needs those kids to thrive. Without them, we're a tight knit group that invites little room for change. Which isn't a bad thing either, but we'll never grow if we stay that way.

I'm not trying to sound mean or anything, but piercing your right ear (and only your right ear) is going to lead a lot of people into thinking you are gay. Generally, either the left ear or both ears is acceptable for straight males. Just like a ring on your finger will generally lead people to believe you're taken.

That said, you seem to have gone from one extreme to the other, lol. Which means you're finding out about yourself. Which is great. You'll probably settle somewhere in the middle at some point. It's always better to be hated for who you are than be loved for who you're not. But don't go out of your way to be different or anything, you know what I mean? Just be yourself and be honest with yourself.

I've noticed that, even when there are no Christians around to be offended, atheists like to thump their chests and rub one out anyway.

It's important that you keep telling yourself what you like to hear, Sutekh. Wouldn't want you to accidentally believe a fairytale, or anything. No, rather, continue your riveting discussion on all things real, like Marvel comics. And television.

You ask for civil discussion then you say this.

I believe nothing, religious or spiritual. Religion is stupid and unscientific. Religious people, or people who hold any kind of unscientific beliefs are simply making up answers for questions they either can't answer themselves, are too lazy to find a real explanation, or they don't like the answer. Alternatively they use spirituality or religion to back up their own beliefs or actions, and use it also as an excuse not to change, listen, or evolve as a person.

It's okay to believe whatever you like, but not if it's STUPID and BASELESS.

I can make shit up and it's just as real. The difference is that religion has been around from back when people were really stupid, so it's continued on into this time out of habit or something. Sadly there are still BLOCKHEADS who believe this rubbish. Now it's just a matter of waiting for them to die out.

During Nintendo's Pre-E3 conference, Iwata let us know that the Wii U will have new Pro controllers. Kind of resembles a controller most of us already know and love, doesn't it? Regardless, this is welcome news. I am assuming this allows for a 4 player game with 1 tablet and 3 Pro controllers. It also might be more comfortable to play certain games (Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, etc) with this controller. We will just have to wait and see.

Also announced was Nintendo's new venture into the online territiory. Dubbed "Miiverse," it allows all of us to interact with each other through a cross-game chat. You can access online message boards that everyone is connected to that allow others to help you with your game. You can see what other games people are playing, you can video conference during gaming, and you can even access the Miiverse from smartphones and your 3DS. More information will most likely be revealed at E3.

And finally, the Wii U Gamepad (the new official name) has seen a redesign. Most notably are the two analogue sticks that replace the circlepads on the original model. Comfort grips have been added to the back, and there is a new NFC Reader/Writer on the front. There is also a television button which allows you to control your television with the Gamepad.

All in all, quite a few awesome announcements from Nintendo for a Pre-E3 conference. I'm excited to see what they have for us next!

Nintendo's giving us a little sneak peek in regards to the Wii U. If you misssed it, be sure to watch the video below!

    [media=]

I wrote down the general idea of each minute and occasionally my own thoughts. Hopefully this is a good glanceover for those of you that missed it and don't want to watch it. If you have any questions, please post hem in the thread!

5:03: Alone Together. People use electronics in the same room but don't interact with each other.

5:04 Wii U Gamepad is official name of the tablet.

5:05 Analog Sticks instead of Circlepads

5:06 Clickable sticks! Call of Duty Wii U here we come!

    5:06 Redesigned for more comfort

5:06 NFC reader. and TV button which lets you control the television.

5:07 He's talking about the two screens and how they are different than anything that's come before. They'll show us more at e3

5:08 Gamepad is a touchscreen. Still talking about how the two screens makes it unique. Wii U Gamepad also senses movement with the gyro. And better graphics.

5:09 You can play on the Gamepad while people use the television.

5:10 No delay between tv and screen. All previous Wii controllers work with Wii U. There is a new Pro controller that looks like an Xbox 360 controller. (Will probably be 1 person Tablet and everyone else new Pro controller for games like COD)

5:11 He's talking about playing together as a family on Wii. Wii U is better, apparently.

5:12 Wii U connects people everywhere.

5:13-5:16 Wii U commercial. Hipster playing zombie game. Showing online boards using Wii U to give him advice on the boss. Activity feed on iphone does the same thing. Friend calls and gives him advice. Doesn't need friend's advice. Friend turns creeperish. Still having trouble with boss. He's calling an online old man using the Wii U video conferencing to help him. He beats the zombie boss. "Together Wii U"

5:17-5:20"A little different" lol. Wii U menu that connects with people around the world. Mii Wara Wara. Your Mii, Friends Miis, Miis in your country, and Miis on your console are all available. Everyone is connected and can play/talk together. You can see games people are playing most around the world. Mii characters gather around the games. Wii U Gamepad and tv are interchangeable. The Miiverse. Miis from around the world can meet and connect. It is native to Wii U just like the Gamepad. It can be used without terminating your gameplay.

5:20-5:23 Touchpad will let people type and write simple. It will help communication with handwritten notes. You can write on the boards to get help in games. Miiverse can interact with all games. It can show you messages from other people while you play that may help you. They will try to prevent spoilers. They want more empathy between players. They consider the Wii U Gamepad screen a social window.

5:24 Pretty much cross-game chat, Nintendo version. Miiverse lets you talk and write with others, regardless of game, space, or time. The same works for the smartphone apps, your PC, your 3DS, or any other mobile device.

5:25 Miiverse will work with all future Nintendo devices, plus 3DS.

5:26 Change relationships. Family and game machine. Machine and tv. Wii U makes it better. Video chat while you pause the game. Internet browser you can share with others in the living room. Slide up on the Gamepad screen and it shows on the television.

5:27-5:29 Browsing becomes entertainment. Talking about Miyamoto. "A great idea solves multiple problems at the same time."-Miyamoto. Wii U is designed to address multiple problems with Wii. It solves Alone Together. More sharing laughs and empathy. Connection to your homes and friends. Wii introduced new time together. Wii U is now together, better. Wiiverse can connect you with others everywhere. You won't be alone. Wii U remains true to the promise of uniqueness.

5:30 Busy week ahead. They will continue to focus on Wii U. But don't worry, they also have a lot of news about 3DS in other upcoming opportunities. He's going to tweet on Nintendo's e3 account. He says goodbye and thanks again.
