  1. Cool. I wonder if they make Wind Waker ears. The last picture but smaller.

Technically there is a surgery that can make your ears look like WW Links ears forever, but this is only for die-hard Zelda fans who don't mind looking like Link even when they're on their deathbed.

  2. After Ocarina of Time, the supposed spilt happens, but here's the thing: The woodblocks in the Wind waker intro clearly depict Link Riding away on Epona after his quest is over, which is roughly what occoured in Majora's mask. This leads me to a new theory: The timeline isn't split at all. When Link left the future where Gannon ruled, that future ceased to exist, and the Great flood occoured within the Majora's mask timeline, but at a point where the Oot Link had already been dead for many years. Within that time another Link was born in Ordon village and sparked the midquel called TP. What happened to this Link? We'll see once Zelda Wii comes out (Unless it really IS a sequel to MM, than the death-sequel endings switch for the Links.) I know it sounds convoluted, but it's the only way that not only makes sense but also fits with the claims of Nintendo.

  3. Huh. Well I liked it, really captured the feeling of being a sword. This reminds me of a time when I gave a speech on the Zelda timeline and it's relation to Colinization.

  4. I have only three questions: where was this made, is that the official title, and when was this released? Other than that cool vid!

  5. It just looks bad, here.

As for your statements, the rumor isn't that it's a mask. It's just concept art. Unfinalized concept art, so no one knows whether or not they will change her design, like with Midna's hair.

Well true, it is unfinalized but that's the point. We don't know, she could look compleately different in the game at this point. My hope is that this thread can be a good place for people with their own ideas and theories to share them and maybe think more about the game itself; both before and after E3. As for me, I'll keep my font style since variety is the spice of life. By the way, thanks for commenting on this page thus far. I'm also hoping to kill time till E3 by reading all the different theories people here have on "Adelle" and to sedate my own wandering mind . . .

  6. Number 1 is the main reason as far as I'm concerned, but it can also go the other way, with a light-dweller invading the Twilight realm for self-rightious reasons, which adds a layer of national security to Midna's reasons.

  7. Also, why would the cucco's evolve anyway? Sometimes wild animals have to evlove to survive in their area, but tame animals are fine as they are. I mean sure, we may create different breeds of said animal that produce more of this or does that better, but in the end a cucco is still a cucco as far as Hyrulian farmers are concerned.

  8. Personally I believe that Zora's did evolve into Ritos, but not in the way you'd expect. While the Deku tree was describing the Koroks, he said that they chose to become what they are, not specifically "evolving" per se. For this reason I think the Koroks came to the Deku tree and hearing their pleas turned them into Koroks via magic. The same thing likely happened to the Zoras, who in OoT were fresh-water fish, therefore unable to sutain themselves in the sea. They came to Valoo who in turn used his magic to make them into birds, which would allow them to move freely without dying from the water. the question now is how did they wind up on Dragon roost, which is right on top of Death Mountain? Was their some sort of war?

  9. whyyyyyy are you using such crazy font.

What, Times New Roman in a medum size? Just a personal typing tic, something I do whenever it's avalable to me. I think it makes my work look more professional and noticable, but that's just me.

  10. Recently some new rumors have come out for Zelda Wii, such as the use of a crossbow and new weapons. But there's not much talk of the mysterious girl of blue simply known as Adelle by the vigialnt fans of the Zelda community. According to rumor, the face in the famous Zelda Wii image isn't really her face but a mask, so the question remains: What does she look like really? Is she a fairy of some sort, or a Twili, or someting we've never even heard of? Another rumor says she can't be with Link over the course of the game and will communicate with him via his sword, but why? Is she trapped somewhere, possibly in the sword? Is she a ghost? Is she even real at all? Who knows at this point, but it's fun to think about. Most interesting is the mystery of her personality, which is hidden behind her "Mask". Is she wise yet troubled, like Ezlo? Perhaps cynical but caring, like Midna; or maybe that really is her face and she is merely a stoic. I don't know, none of us do, but for now anything is possible for her.
