Posted 2 Apr 2013 So last night I stayed up later than usual, and TeenNick was doing their "The 90's are All That" block, where they show the actually good shows from the 90's at midnight (instead of, you know, a time where viewers are guaranteed to be awake). Anyways, they showed an old episode of Rugrats. Like, so old that Tommy was the only baby, and he didn't talk.
