Remember way back in the day when CO wanted to make an Hnet videogame? I think I was a boss there too, only I was the weaker miniboss that appeared before you fought the Lonely Dragon.

You could just use an RPG maker or something? Or code it yourself whatever.

Also I think I will refrain from posting ideas until I see you are capable of making a very basic platformer. If you can prove that, then I will nominate myself for leader of the art team/concept art/etc.

oh jeez, and here ive been sketching people from hnet randomly!

i can do character design, but as for spriting, idk :< it wound up kainda questionable the last time i did it. like, my group got one of the big tvs because they had relatively good art, but the running sprite FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-----15 frames and unnecessary tweakinnnnng

also my enemies were made of derp. and the mage character was never coded and the sprites unused :<

also, the game i was on WAS a platformer.....it took those guys soooooo long to code for health, etc.

i still remember when they went to test the healing items, and recovering health resulted in the HP bar LAUNCHING itself off-screen. (it was then followed by the discussion of possibly using the HP bar as a projectile weapon, but i digress)

and also the number of times they went to check the code, and id overhear "oh, well....youre dividing by ZERO here, THERES your problem :<"

it would probably work a lot better in 16 bit or w/e but, uh, im not drawing dem bits :< i have no love for that style, it drives me nuts (to draw, not to play).
