Posted 16 Nov 2011 so PETA is trying to make up for lost time by targeting one of the biggest names in gaming, and not only that, but going after something thats been around since the earliest games in the series. Nintendo has yet to comment, though we're pretty sure it will sound like a hand slapping a forehead.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 Ahahaha, I saw this on tumblr yesterday, this is even worse than the whole "Super Chick Sisters" thing... I want to play that game but at the same time the concept behind it is freaky as squid so maybe not the best idea.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 I didn't realize for years that Nintendo has been telling me to go out in the woods, skin a raccoon, and wear its fur.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 It's very subtle. You didn't even know you were doing it until today.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 This is great news! If they are complaining about this than that must mean that ALL THE WORLD'S PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SOLVED!
Posted 16 Nov 2011 Yes, PETA. That is exactly what you should do: attack large gaming companies that influence more people than you ever will instead of using their influence to your own purposes.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 Lol, i just played the game. it was kinda cute and a tad challenging.I also played another one of their games. It was about Chickens fighting McDonald's. It was supposed to parody Super Mario Bros, with a chick wearing a red hat. Also ? blocks and pipes and shit. Anyways, while playing it, I collected an animal suit to WEAR. I'M DOING EXACTLY WHAT PETA HATES, WITHIN THEIR OWN squidding GAME!
Posted 16 Nov 2011 lol Monster Hunter. That is a game that is going to convince me to kill horses and wear their skin, I'm being serious. The game was easy.
Posted 16 Nov 2011 Can I just say http://features.peta.org/CookingMama/Index.asp I think this game is brilliant and PETA should be proud

Posted 16 Nov 2011 i decided to not do anything bad to the turkey. the game scolded me for it. so PETA WANTS me to harm turkeys. gee whiz PETA, I sure am glad you told me that not harming turkeys is wrong. now I know. and knowing is half the battle.
Posted 17 Nov 2011 http://games.yahoo.com/blogs/plugged-in/peta-says-mario-slam-meant-joke-001326890.html So PETA seems to think that the best way to protect animals is act like a twelve-year-old internet troll.
