Posted 20 Mar 2012 I'm sorry when I found out how to actually say your name, well, I felt stupid and I attempted it. And then I realised the way I pronounce it is embedded so deeply in my mind I can't!!!!!!!!
Posted 20 Mar 2012 Wait, how is it supposed to be said?
Posted 20 Mar 2012 chi metals i really wonder how the human brain works, with that. i didnt even /see/ the word "chime" in there till rika started calling me chimey.....actually, probably not even then. probs pheos wolf game where i got nicknamed "bell tails" right now, the pronunciations circling are Chime tails, chime talls, kai metals....i feel like im missing some really out-there one, but otherwise thats what i got. its like how one would pronounce "Cirt" or even "Ammonsa"
Posted 20 Mar 2012 I noticed with my name that a lot of people seem to pronounce it Ah(moan)sah when it'd be more of a Ah(mahn)sah in an american accent, while in my accent it ends up as Ah(mon-as in pokemon)sah
Posted 20 Mar 2012 Cirt is always Surt, forever and ever :<
Posted 20 Mar 2012 twilight shadow > shadowknight > ConsciousCoward I'm still not sure if changing my name from shadowknight was a good decision. I have a certain nostalgia when I think of 13 year-old me picking that.
Posted 20 Mar 2012 didn't I make a thread about the pronunciation of my name once lol originally it was "keert" but then I started thinking "seert" and then people here said "sert" and "curt" so consequently I will answer to all of the above in a Skype call though if we ever met irl I'd prefer Kelsey Chase likes this
