    For one thing, the one you bought cost, I believe, $3.

    While a real white Franklin Badge is worth upward of $100, and a brown one in excess of several thousand dollars.

    You do realise that that is just a fake, and by all means you should have reported the guy for auction piracy.

    As the resident Mother nerd, I can tell you that there were 2 editions of badge. One with a Brown background, and one with a white background. The Brown one was only available as a promotional prize when Mother was being sold for the Famicom (I believe there were only 20 given away). The white one was included as part of the Mother 3 deluxe box set, which also contained a special edition Gameboy Micro.

    Oh.

    It's just that there was an article on there about this, and then suddenly there's a topic about it here.

    It just seemed like too much of a coincidence for the two incidents to not be related.

    Question-

    I don't like the in-browser chat, so I use an external client.

    The problem is, I don't know what server it's on. Does anyone know?

    By the way, I use Miranda IM, and I believe that it uses a different system to most other clients.

    \/ Yeah, that's why I specified Miranda IM. It doesn't work on either of those systems.

    Although it is annoying that games get held back in the UK (and Australia for that matter) so much due to translating, when we already speak English.

    I believe it has more to do with Video Formats (PAL and NTSC) than translating.

    But still, add this to my list.

    A good example of difference between release dates is Persona 3 for the PS2:

    Japan: July 13, 2006

    North America: August 14, 2007

    Europe/Australia: February 29, 2008

    mother 3's character, Pokey, appears as a boss in SSBB.

    here's a video i found showing this, and lucas fighting Pokey.

    being a mother fan, this makes me glad.

    Pokey's theme is a good piece of music too ^_^

    Not that it's going to help, but it'll get a lot worse.

    Particularly in the 11th grade. (12 isn't so bad)

    Get ready for 1000+ word essays- Simultaneously. With 'due-dates' with the same week of being set.

    Math questions that will take half an A4 page to work out.

    You should come to starmen.net more often.

    It's getting even better what with fangamer, and there are a load of community activities like Radio PSI and the Saturday night Continuum tournament.

    By the way, have you played Mother 3?

    Already knew about this, and while it makes sense it's not canon.

    If you are actually a fan of the series, I suggest you go to starmen.net.

    I must admit that I'm quite surprised to see another Mother fan here.
