Posted 14 Nov 2011 This could be a fun update thread couldn't it? Please? Well here's hoping. Just outline your week, it could be interesting I don't know. General discussion thread like Talk, but with more structure. Random chatter tailing off from a common source -- your week plan! So yeah, meee Tomorrow I think I'm going to be going out to a town near Dundee with a friend to go see it. It sounds nice, apparently it has one of those sweetie shops where you ask for scoops of stuff from the person behind the counter, like Honeydukes in Hogsmeade from Harry Potter. So I must go to one of these >: If I don't end up going, I'll spend the whole day playing Skyrim still. And when I'm not through in this town of dreams, I'll be playing Skyrim anyway. Tuesday and Wednesday, classes, socialising (sigh) and Skyrim. Thursday is the day. I wont be playing Skyrim much at all oh no. Class at 9, will probably be with friends until about 4pm when the Twilight marathon begins. A marathon of all the Twilight movies up to and including the new one, which will be a midnight screening. Will have to stay at a friend's house so I'm not riding around on buses through Dundee at 3am. Quite dodgy. Friday? Not much going on on Friday. Class and Skyrim. Saturday and Sunday? RIMSKY. Posted 14 Nov 2011 frantically doing homework and working on ym group projects, skating by in japanese (aka, doing very little and getting better grades in that class than in my major) trying to pay attention to physics rather than draw in class (ok, who am i squidding) and attempt to go to cs 101 this week, even though im just gonna draw, i figure drawing while listening to the teacher trying to make points/analogies about stuff helps more than watching anime and eating during that hour. oh, and contemplating an imaginary wardrobe to buy....sometime. all my pants seem determined to rip these days, and its all my favorite pairs, too :< which means im stuck wearing jeans i suspect shrank in the wash, because i start losing feeling in my toes after wearing em a while. Posted 14 Nov 2011 Monday and Tuesday will be ridiculous. Studying, Matlab, and Tech Memos for labs, topped off by an exam on Tuesday in Engineering 111. After that, Skyrim, chilling, maybe a bit of D&D if the rest of the group is up for it, Super Smash Bros (Brawl), and more chilling. Posted 14 Nov 2011 Working eight hours today, afterwards going out to dinner. Tomorrow I'm off for the first time in a week and a half and I will go get my hair cut, get some shopping done, pick up skyward sword and skyrim. Wednesday it's back to work and then a happy hour with a group of friends. Thursday is work, then I have no real plans Friday is work and then a date. Posted 14 Nov 2011 Hmm. Well I've always got classes in the mornings, but Today I've got one class in like five minutes lol, then three hour break, another class. Usually do homework during the break. Then I've got to go to the store and get groceries and a birthday card for my roommate, pay my bills, Swim practice later at 8 , do more homework, blah Tuesday two classes in the morning, then a study abroad fair afterwards, working on papers and such Probably going out for my roommate's birthday, dinner or something Wednesday is basically the same as monday, but cramming in both papers I have due Thursday Thursday is always nuts and extremely exhausting, I leave the apartment at 8am and I don't come back until 7:30 that night. Class from 9:30-10:45, then 11-12:15, couple hour break for lunch and doing prelab stuff, bio lab from 2:30-4:30, then go to the gym and run from 4:45-5:15 or so, play racquetball from 5:30-6:45, get home and stuff down some food, then head back to the gym for spin practice from 7:45-9. At that point I'm usually way too exhausted to even stay awake for Grey's Anatomy :< so I'll just ptfo from like 10-7 Friday is the same as monday, go to class at 9, class again at 1:30, then I usually come home and either run/eat/shower or eat/clean/run/shower and that's always followed by a nice nap from like 4:45-6:30. This weekend I'm going to get my shit together and head home because eeeee thanksgiving break all next week and I'm going to Florida to visit my family :>>>> Ganny I better see you at the toll booth lol oh also I plan on playing /some/ ALttP and cramming it in there, probably when I'm feeling unmotivated (all the time) but I told my friend I was going to beat it before he got Skyward Sword and I'm in Ganon's Tower so. Posted 14 Nov 2011 erm, today I had 11am psychology research lecture (LOL LET'S LEARN HOW TO WRITE AN ESSAY DURR IT'S NOT LIKE YOU DID THIS REGULARLY IN HIGH SCHOOL), followed by 1pm psychology general lecture (social loafing and all that funky stuff! I do love me some social psychology what. a surprise.) then 2pm debating module. Where strangely I agreed with the Conservative Speaker .-. but really the welfare activist fighter dude was kinda rude fffff. Planning to have a nap around now, then tonight apparently our flat is deciding on what to do for christmas, and secret santa etc. Fun! I suppose! Tuesday I'll probably sleep in til like 12pm, then hurry the squid up to get ready for 2pm social psychology lecture, followed by a 3-5pm psychology research practical. Ugh. my least favourite class. Then I'll do, something afterwards I'm not a meticulous planner :< Wednesday, I have no classes, but I need to study the squid out of social psychology in order to do this online test that is worth 20% of my grade for that module that's due by 5pm that day. Only found out about it today. Lol! Thursday is also my off day, and I'm planning to have a nice, quiet day. Catch up on some reading for few classes. Play some games, maybe go into town for nice food/shopping, etc etc. Can't wait for ittttt. Friday, only one Sociology lecture at 11am, then I'm free. If everything goes according to plan I'll be spending the rest of the day with BFF Kat, who I haven't seen in yonks! Posted 14 Nov 2011 Basically working on my Lit Studies 45-minute Seminar all week, and then doing whatever the heck I want on the upcoming Friday P.D Day. xD And anticipating Skyward Sword's release (which probably won't be Sunday for me because there's no mail Sunday.
