  1. majoras mask was hrader, but frustratingly so, i complketed ocarina without a walkthrough, yet it was still pretty tricky (this is when i was like 8 though). Any puzzle i got stuck on took just below the time that i would have got overly frustrated and looked at a walkthrough (still quite long lol).

With majoras mask which im still in the middle of, too many of the puzzles are just annoying and its more of a fact of where do i go now instead?

Master quest was brilliantly made, it was just as hard as majoras if not harder but it kept the non-frustrating qualites of the first OoT, which was really nice, lol.

Actually, i've just realised with minihs cap, i think it's the only official zelda game which wasn;t devloped by nintnedo, it was devloped by capcom instead (hence why it was released in europe first)

  2. u sure they were pre-production shots, that kind of thing is really easy to fake....

i Don;t think using medallions to cast spells is very zelda-ish, in fact really casting many spells at all wouldn't really seem right, i dunno, I'd have to see what it would be like...

  3. there's talk about twilight princess being a teen rated game, the only reason nintnedo didn;t add higher rated stuff to ocarina of time was that it just wasn't needed.

  4. meh, if link touched the whole trifroce the same thing would probabbly happen to him as it did to ganondorf, instead he would keep courage instead of power...

meh, if link touched the whole trifroce the same thing would probabbly happen to him as it did to ganondorf, instead he would keep courage instead of power...

don't feel too bad about it, everybody makes mistakes

  5. Im sorry vivi, that made very little sense...

Do u mean the triforce of courage (that link already has) or the rest of the triforce (that ganondorf and zelda have as well)

I don't know what the picture you're on about is either, consdering how long people have been hacking at that game with gameshark, id either say it was a fake or a piece of artwork.

  6. what im trying to think about is how they could make it so that different areas require different disks, so that you wouldn;t have to change all the time.

Hey, how about this, one disk is in the twilight realm and the other would be the rest of hyrule :D

  7. i don't think the sara thing works to be perfectly honest, i think its almost as bad a princess ruto, at least link and zelda are of the same race, then again so is malon....

  8. pretty sure, look at one of the e3 2005 videos, pause it when link's blowing the reed whistle, then look at the back of his hand, don't ask me how it got there, but its there plain and clear

  9. didn't think about that, although to be honest i havn't had the chance to play any zelda games with that other guy in.

Consdering that the game will involve the triforce though, its a cert that ganondorf will be in it

  10. through various interviews it has been confirmed that ganon/ganondorf IS in twilight princess, of course that might not be the end of it, there may be another villan or things may end up differently from usual etc...

But in answer to your question, yes ganondorf is in twilight princess

  11. as i said, he starts off teenagerish (15-16) in Toaru village, byt the end of the game i think he would be about early twenties maybe?

I dunno, i've seen a few interviews with it mentioned, but it's unclear really...

  12. and basically the rest of hyrule as well.

I reckon if ganondorf had just taken zelda and wasn;t theatening the rest of the world, link probabbly wouldn;t have bothered in the first place...

  13. spin slash is a quick twizzle moving the nunchuck, a basic sword swipe is b, including initaiting combos (i think a is involved as well).

The finishing move in a quick stab down with the nunchuck (the really sweet thing where link jumps up and stabs the sword into the enemy lying on the ground) and you can sword bash enemies with a quick stab of the wii-mote.

That's what i know of the basic sowrd controls on twilight princess at the moment...

  14. tbh, im stumped for an ending, its going to involve the triforce in some way or another the chances are, but...

well i've been meaning to talk to someone about this for a while, i got the definate impression that the wish that could be made on the triforce can only be used once, then the triforce returns to the heavens, as it dd in wind waker.

Also, it seems as though ganondorf is a bit of an idiot, because if he touches the triforce again, it's just going to split again isn't it? so there's not really much need to worry about him anymore?

I'm really beginning to get confused in the zelda timeline to be honest, either everything (involving the triforce) has to fall in between ocarina of time and wind waker, i've missed something or Miyamoto's got confused about his own games....(the later being very unlikely)

  15. I liked the graphical style of wind waker, its made a nice change to all the ultra-realistic graphics people are trying to push these days, having said that twilight princess looks awesome..

the conductors baton was basically similar to the ocarina on ocarina of time and majoras mask.....

where on earth did u get the zoras turning evil though? They evolved into the rito's (you can tell with the sages, earth temple thingy, difficult to explain...). The one thing that i don't get is evolution is supposed to make you better adapted. Zora people are adapted for water, the world floods, then they evolve into birds, i mean wtf?!?!?!?!

  16. how does he defy gravity? the whole point of gravity is that you're attracted to the centre of the largest nearby mass, hence why people in australia don't fall off....

still looks really cool though, even without the wii-mote it would be an awesome game, out of this world you would say <_<

  17. personally i don't think it would be cool to spend 10 minutes before a battle trying to deicde or find the character you want to use, but each to their own...

  18. there would be very little point in a game if you died on the final boss and couldn't stop it happening in my opinion...

we have very little information on how wind waker ties in with twilight princess, but as i pointed out before,at the start of wind waker it says the hero did not return, so that kind of discounts link failing and dieing in twilight princess if that's what was talking about in wind waker.

Of course, there could be something that the legends missed, but i geuss we'll have to see...

  19. ok, now you're getting confused...

The "retro" controller is shaped pretty much like an old nes controller, yes, but its basically got all the same buttons as a gamecube controller. It is not strictly wirelss as it plugs into the wii remote with a wire, although it doesn't need to be attached to the console. The "retro" controller also does not have motion sensing...

It will probabbly be used to play virtual console games, probabbly gamecube games (but possibly as an alternative to using the gamecube controllers), multi format games which wouldn't use motion sensing and any other game that wouldn't need motion sensing either (i.e super smash bros. brawl)

Hope that clears things up a bit, although it is off topic...
