    I have Mario, Link, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Little Mac, Toon Link, Shulk and Ness

    I've only opened Mario and Link though, but there's no reason to keep Kirby or Donkey Kong sealed either

    The last Smash Bros. amiibo I really wanted to pick up is Game & Watch, but then NoA had to make it a 3 pack Gamestop exclusive with Duck Hunt and R.O.B., kind of upsets me, I'm tired of these Gamestop exclusive, they always include an amiibo I want, I was only able to get a Ness because it was a gift from someone

    As for non smash amiibos, I'm kind of interested in getting the Chibi Robo Zip Lash amiibo bundle, but it doesn't seem to be sold anywhere online

    I beat Ace Attorney 5, Professor Layton & the Curous Village and Professor Layton & the Diabolical Box recently.

     

    I'm playing Professor Layton & the Unwound Future right now. Just doing the first Layton trilogy for the time being so I have enough Layton knowledge to play Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, but I'm enjoying them a lot and I think I might start on the second trilogy sometime after I beat that.

     

    Going to be all caught up with the Ace Attorney series after I beat PLvPW, I really hope Dai Gyakuten Saiban is announced for localization at some point.

    Hey I just wanted to point out that the Limited Edition versions with the watches are back in stock for both platforms on Amazon if you missed out on the first wave, I'm obviously not going to update this thread every time there's a new wave of LEs in stock, so just keep an eye on Amazon if you really want the LE.

    Hey I just want to let everyone know that the North American version of Zero Escape 3 is now available for preorder, there's even a limited watch edition like with the previous 2 titles, I'm so glad I finally get to receive one of these watches after missing out on the first 2, you don't even know.

     

    The website is also up at http://zero-escape.com/ I guess this means Aksys will be doing the European version too.

     

    Edit: Apparently the watch editions are now marked as Currently Unavailable on Amazon

    Many government organizations have dismissed our urgent warnings regarding the upcoming game event called Zero Time Dilemma.     Until Aksys possibly releases some high quality version of it, here's a video of the announcement, but this video is pretty cool anyway since it has Uchikoshi in it. (Also the robotic voice saying Enter isn't actually part of the trailer, they were having some pretty bad technical issues)

    I talked about Chew in the last thread that was like this, the most basic description I could give is that it's about a guy who uses his food based power to help solve crimes, such as eating something at a crime scene and seeing how it got there. It's currently at issue 49 of 60, ending next year probably, really good comic.

     

    Since I've talked about that before, I'll talk about Rumble from Image Comics:

    It's about this god who has lost his original body and now inhabits the body of a Scarecrow, he's out to get his body back. The world is pretty neat but I feel like its hard to go into detail without spoiling. I'm terrible at describing things but It's only 5 issues in so it's not too late to catch up.

    This is a screenshot from the Conker's Big Reunion DLC that came out for Project Spark yesterday, for a game made within a game it was way better than I expected. Lots of fun video game references are made and the voice acting wasn't as disappointing as the first trailer made it out to be.  But I'm not sure I can justify the price for the amount of content the first episode offers, you get around an hour worth of gameplay for 4.99. Hopefully the first episode just serves as an introduction and the later episodes will offer more content. I didn't even know Project Spark was on Windows 8.1 until earlier this week, so it was nice to be able to play it without having to own an Xbone.

    I beat Zero Escape 2: Virtue's Last Reward the other day and now I'm really hyped for Zero Escape 3's potential release, if that teaser site that popped up last month is truly related to ZE3. I'm loving this series.

     

    I've started DanganRonpa, completed chapter 1 yesterday, I got something about the game spoiled for me a couple of years ago but I expect there's still a lot of crazy stuff that I have no idea about, seems like it will be a crazy ride.

    Speaking of revivals of Cartoon Network shows, look's like John R. Dilworth is trying to get the Courage the Cowardly Dog reboot off the ground again.

     

    He's started a Kickstarter for "Purdy the Dirdy Birdy II: A Night at Club Sheik", a sequel to a short he did back in 1994

    I thought the Courage short released a year or two ago was pretty decent, but it didn't feel the same as the original show. I hope it all goes well for him though.

    It's basically a Souls game in everything but name. Most of the gameplay elements you know and love from Souls are still there or have been tweaked in some way. There's lore, just a different universe's lore. I think it's kind of good that they went in this direction and distanced it from Souls. Still, It almost wouldn't surprise me if a Dark Souls 3 pops up down the line though, or a multiplatform game with themes more like Bloodborne, who knows.

     

    Also Chase, not sure if it's a spoiler but (and this spoiler contains nothing related to the plot of the game)

    This is one shield in the game, found early on, it's made of wood though and not very tough, so dodging is preferred

    I picked up Bloodborne today, lot's of fun so far, no one to talk about it with in chat though since no one there has a PS4. It's probably the best game on the PS4 that isn't a remaster.

     

    I've also been playing more Ace Attorney lately, started Ace Attorney 5: Dual Destinies a couple of days ago after I beat the two Ace Attorney Investigation games, I'll be caught up with the series after I beat 5 and Layton vs Wright. Lots of fun.

    It's so fun to build machines and attempt to complete the levels with them, but I'm pretty bad at it so far. I saw some pretty cool videos of mechs and airplanes and shit people have built in this game, makes me wish I could build something that good. If you like building stuff I would for sure recommend it for the price.

    Oh so you're playing Xenoblade, I beat it just last year, really great game. I've gotten Ganny to start playing it but I didn't know anyone else on Hyrule.net even cared about the game. Are you planning on getting Xenoblade X Eka? Even though I'll probably spend most of my time playing single player, it would be cool to play co-op with some Hnet members.

    Even if it was very, very obvious that she was evil

    Playing visual novels on a handheld is so comfy. Yeah, I already bought more games and haven't beaten any of the ones from my last post, but I'm just kind of on a VN binge lately. Played through the first 3 Phoenix Wright games last month and I'm finishing up 999 right now. Going to play VLR first out of the two games pictured above. There are so many VNs coming out for Vita this year that I'm looking forward to. Steins;Gate, Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters and VA-11 HALL-A come to mind.
