    Any mac users wanna talk about how to defrag my harddrive? I just realized that might be why it's running slowly, I don't think I've ever done that in the two plus years I've had it.

      You don't defrag Macs. Seriously. The way they manipulate and store data doesn't require formatting. Have you tried simply shutting the computer down completely and giving it some time? Also, uncheck that box that reopens on login. Just do a clean restart.

      If that doesn't work, you may just have more open than it can handle. Upgrading your RAM and hard drive could help significantly.
